UD 2.0: Day 4

Still sore, mostly calves.  I feel incredibly weak and tired today.  I also woke up starving, which is really unusual – I usually wake up nauseated.

Ugggg, so many sweets.  I had to get that salad for my sanity – I’ll likely get another tomorrow.  Oooh, maybe some more spinach and feta!

Morning weight: 198.7 lbs

Today’s Workout:

  • Leg Press: 150x9x10
  • Leg Curl: 135×12-150×10
  • Leg Extension: 90×9-105×9
  • One leg curl: 40/40×6/6-35/35×7/7
  • Calf Raise: 135x10x9x10x6
  • Bench Press: 75×12-85×6
  • Cable row: 60×12-75×9
  • Incline bench press: 55×12-65×12
  • Lat Pulldown: 90x8x11
  • Lateral raise: 5/5×12/12-10/10×8/8×8/8
  • Bicep curl: 15/15×8/8×8/8
  • Tricep Pushdown: 90x10x8
  • Glute Bridge: 12×12
  • Standing shoulder flies: 5/5x12x15x15 (Was getting some form help, learned to activate the middle head)
  • 1 leg glute bridge: 12/12×7/7 (Pushing off with the heels and squeezing at the top helped hit the glutes harder than the hamstrings)

Today’s food intake:

  • Protein shake with 2 scoops.  Water, no milk.
  • 4 bagels with either strawberry preserves or creamed honey
  • Greek salad
  • Post workout carb up: 1 banana, 2 scoops protein, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 5g creatine (Tasted fine, looked bizarre)
End of day macros:
  • Calories: 1,920
  • Protein: 128
  • Fat: 17
  • Carbs: 300

Supplements/meds:

  • 88mcg Synthroid
  • 1 Claritin (am)
  • Morning mix + 3g l-tyrosine + 5g creatine + 2g glutamine + 2g beta alanine
  • 600mg Calcium (4 hours after Synthroid)
  • Evening mix
  • 1200mg Calcium
  • Iron
  • Daily Multivitamin
  • 5g Glutamine
  • 2 ZMA
  • Potassium
  • 6 Fish oil
  • 8,000 iu Vitamin d
