I’m a woman with PCOS that started powerlifting when I was 30. I’ve trained hard and competed, learning more about myself with every bit of progress.
In 2008, I moved to the Pacific northwest at my heaviest weight of 265lbs. I now range between 185-200, depending on if I’m on a bulk or a cut. I did not use any medication for this weight loss, I cleaned up my diet and started getting regular exercise.
